The mplementation of EU Strategy for data will drive a digital shift, promoting the adoption of Data Spaces across Europe. The GREAT project aims to establish the Green Deal Data Space Foundation and its Community of Practice, aligning with the European Green Deal and the EU’s Strategy for Data. Simultaneously, the water community emphasizes the role of data in creating a Water-Smart Society, with Digital Water as a key element.
To further these goals, Water Europe, FIWARE Foundation, and Big Data Value Association are collaborating with WATERVERSE and GREAT projects to organize an online workshop on 16 April 2024 from 9:00 to 12:00 CEST. The workshop will focus on methodologies and tools for water sector data management, contributing to future Water Data Spaces and broader Green Deal objectives. The event will include presentations on the GREAT project and WATERVERSE, as well as collaborative sessions to explore synergies between the two initiatives and identify actionable outcomes.
