FIWARE on-site Training (FIWARE Global Summit)

June 13, 2023June 15, 2023

Development of digital skills is one of the cornerstones of the FIWARE Global Summit. The After-conference and Special Program provides live technical training sessions for developers and technical experts.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This training belongs to the FIWARE Global Summit, starting on the second day of the Summit’s official program and running for three full days (June 13-15). If you want to participate in the training, you will need to buy a ticket for the FIWARE Global Summit. FIWARE Technical Training has no additional cost, it will take place in the beautiful area of Vienna’s city center.

This training will equip you with the necessary skills to develop smart solutions powered by FIWARE. It will introduce the basis of Digital Twin programming using NGSI-LD (the simple yet powerful open standard API enabling to publish and access digital twin data) combined with common Smart Data Models (roughly 1,000). In addition, it will cover how you can leverage FIWARE technologies to implement the rest of functions typically required when architecting a complete smart solution: Identity and Access Management (IAM) functions to secure access to digital twin data, and functions enabling the interface with IoT and 3rd systems, or the connection with different tools for processing and monitoring current and historic big data integrating with AI frameworks. It will also cover how you can easily integrate FIWARE systems with blockchain networks to create audit-proof logs of processes and ensure transparency. Last but not least, it will cover how your FIWARE systems may interact in a trusted and secure manner through Data Spaces and you may monetize data services.

Attending this training camp, you will be in a privileged position to be offered fast-tracked FIWARE expert certification dates and become a FIWARE Technical Expert!
